Getting enoyed by the 1 line display of the commercial TTD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) , I'd like to utilize my 386sx as a terminal with full-screen display (like unix's talk program). One of the problems is that standard TTDs use a communication rate/protocol of 300 Baudot. Thus, I will most likely not be able to use my 2400 baud HC modem. I am looking for info on modems (boards) that do the trick or some other means of making the transformation. -- Juergen Koenemann koeneman@paul.rutgers.edu
