Help, please: another request for hardware/software details...

I have a Cardinal VGA card ("OEM" version/model) that came in my ZEOS 386SX
machine (when they promised to use a Paradise, but that's another story.)

So, the question is: Where can I get _real_ programming (low-level) info
on the beastie and, _most_importantly_, where can I get a 640x480x256 driver
for Windows-3 (and any other drivers, too, maybe?)

I would like to have a BBS number for Cardinal, but I would accept even
any phone number--heck, I would settle for an address!
