I can print any Prodigy screen by using the PC Printscreen key, having run the DOS utility GRAPHICS through my autoexec at boot-up. This allows me to capture anything, text or graphics. Eg., I can print weather-maps. I have seen no difficulty in printing any prodigy screen, so long as the system is waiting for my reply. Don't understand the problem others are referring to.
