[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] Printer for Window 3.0

I have a IBM Quietwriter II connected to my AT clone. When
I was installing Window 3.0 I found out that it does not
support Quietwriter II. It does support Quietwriter III though.
I have tried both IBM and Microsoft but without much help from 
them.
Can anyone help?

   Is there a technical specification for writing Windows 3.0 printer
device drivers?  Could someone send it to me.
