I've seen several postings about the Sound Blaster here and was hoping someone might be able to help me out. I have the additional C/MS chips installed which should make the SB compatible with the Game Blaster and the C/MS board. But, I can not get my C/MS software to work with the SB. Basically it says it can't find the board. The board works when I use it as the SB or AdLib. (I have all the factory settings still set.) Is there something special I have to do to get the C/MS chips to work? The documentation I got with the chips was zip - so I assume there was nothing special that I needed to do. I tried to get through to customer support but it was busy all day... Please let me know if any of you have had any similar problems or if you know how to fix this problem. I had no problem getting games to play CMS music with the extra chips, so maybe it's the program you're testing with. There may also be a chance you have to run one of the drivers included with the card (or actually on the disk included with the extra ROMs). Alexander Morris ...
