When you ftp the file, be sure you are in 'binary' mode. After getting pkz110eu.exe you execute that file by itself. This will 'explode' the file into about 15 individual files that you will actually use to compress and uncompress (i.e. more .EXE files). One of the files is a manual which you can use for further reference.
