[net.followup] The Truth

For those in net.women, I submit this as a refutation of comments
by "decwrl!decvax!harpo!seismo!hao!hplabs!hplabsb!pc" in regard
to the nature of 'Truth'. For those in net.followup, I submit my
opinions as the initiation of another intellectual discussion.
(Where is net.philosophy ?)

	Fact is empirical evidence.

	Belief is a subjective value system.

	Truth is something that necessarily contains elements of
absolute fact *and* individual belief. If it does not consist of
both, then Truth becomes one or the other. Because one of the
elements of Truth is a subjective entity (Belief), Truth itself
*is* subjective! (Think of it as an OR logic gate.)

	I believe that this is the Truth!
