I am hoping that some kind soul can help me... I own an Olympia Dot Matrix Printer (Circa 1983). It is near letter quality and I believe it is the NX model (I can check this if it makes a difference). The printer was in storage for several years, but I have been using it for the last few months. It has barely been used and is in excellent condition. The PROBLEM: This printer has a tendancy to consistently jam the tractor feed paper and go off track. I have cleaned it, adjusted the tension on the tractor feeds, you name it. I called tried calling Olympia but they were no help. Can anyone help and does anyone know if this is a problem with this brand of printer? It is annoying, because it cannot printer more than two or three pages without jamming.
