I have a friend interested in buying some hardware to digitize
pictures onto VGA edit them and then reoutput them to the NTSC source. I
heard that the VGA TV GEO (w/Genlock) card or the Publisher's Color (video
capture with 1MB) cards can do this. Does anybody have any experience with
these cards or with hardware by Willow in general? Also does anybody have an
address or phone number that I can reach Willow. Thank you very much.
