Ah, but they only make you open the triple-sealed packages to get to
the disks AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT the program; they have no legal right
to tell me what to do with the stuff AFTER I HAVE BOUGHT it.

Unless they require assent to the license agreement BEFORE taking my
money and handing over the product, any restrictions stated in the
docs or on separate pieces of paper headed "License Agreement" are
legally irrelevant.

I bought the package because I was offered a PROGRAM for sale;
all of a sudden I find out that what they intended to sell was only
the right to use the program? That's their problem, they should
have told me before taking my money!
