Hi, I am looking for a program called "ETHNOGRAPHER", that runs on the IBM PC. I am posting this for a friend, so I don't really know anything about the program other than the name, that four years ago somebody paid about $300.00 for it and that it is used in "Sociology and/or Anthropology Qualitative Research" and can also be used in "Educational Qualitative Research" (whatever that is). I have tried Egghead, etc. but without an author they can not find the program. Has anyone out there even heard of this puppy or can you direct me to anyone who works in this field? I am sorry to say that while all posted news articles are forwarded to uunet.com by our site (regardless if we get the newsfeed or not), we do not recieve this News feed here, so please mail responses rather than posting them to this News Group.
