We currently have a DTK AT-286 10mhz compatible computer with a 1.2mb and a 720K floppy disk drive. We also have a Seagate ST-277-R 65mb hard disk drive that is refusing to work with this computer. This system is equipped with 1mb of RAM, a dual floppy/hard disk controller, and a Hercules monochrome graphics board. The Seagate ST-277-R also came with its own RLL controller card. Common sense explains that there is some type of conflict between the hard drive controller on the floppy/hard drive controller and the RLL controller and came with the hard drive. Does anyone have any insight on how to make this hard drive work with the system described above? Any information would be greatly appreciated! ...dale ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ name: Dale C.
