I am running a Head Start Turbo 286 computer with 640K conventional memory, 384K extended memory with DOS 4.01. I'm running several TSR's which take me all the way down to about 460K conventional memory. I have the Above DISC expanded memory emulator and whatever comes in DOS 4.01. What I would like to do is emulate expanded memory in hard drive space and get some program to page this into "high dos" conventional memory so I can load some TSR's into it. I've tried HRAM, a shareware utility (downloaded from simtel-20), but it doesn't seem to like AboveDISC, which loads itself in the autoexec batch file. HRAM seems to require an expanded memory emulator which loads itself as a driver in config.sys. Does anyone know what I can use (shareware would be great) to get my TSR's into either my extended memory or hard drive emulating expanded memory?
