I know that the video screen text buffer is located at $B800:$0000 for the CGA. Is there any way for my code to figure out its location in general? In parti- cular, is there some Reserved Memory Location which points to the screen buffer or is there a software interrupt or DOS function call which will return the screen buffer address?
