I'm looking for a program that will identify the hardware configuration of an IBM PC and/or compatable. Specific items of interest include: 1) CPU type and speed 2) Co-Processor installed 3) Base memory amount 4) Expanded/Extended memory amount 5) Number of installed serial ports 6) Number of installed parallel ports 7) Whether a mouse is installed/connected 8) Video adaptor type 9) Monitor type 10) Number and types of installed floppy drives 11) Whether a hard disk is installed and size/logical drive info 12) Number and types of installed tape drives 13) BIOS name and version 14) PC/MS-DOS version 15) Whether a regular or enhanced keyboard is installed If anyone knows of such a program that will identify most or all of the information requested above, please respond. I would appreciate the source code as well as I will probably have to adapt it for our inventory database needs. I will summarize of enough interest is generated.
