the arrl executive committee met august 24, 1985, to examine
nominating petitions filed by members in seven divisions for arrl
director and vice director for two year terms of office beginning
january 1.
the following candidates are unopposed and so were declared elected
without balloting.

ballots must be received by noon november 20, and will be counted on
