Even if the FCC agrees to allow the use of encryption and digital signatures for secure logins, isn't it possible for an intruder to wait until you'd completed your secure login and then overpower your signal with a stronger or closer transmitter? It would seem that every transaction, not just the initial login, would require some protection.
