I have two Sony KV-1311CR's and two pc's that have RGB digital (TTL) output ports connected to the two monitors. The colors look great and everything seems fine... except for one thing - when you scroll screens full of text, either word processor documents or doing DOS "dir"'s of loaded directories, etc., there is flashing as the screen is redrawn for every new line. This flashing is a black horizontal band, similiar to, if not in fact, the vertical blanking signal. This black band's vertical position changes each time it occurs. Any combination of computer, cable, and monitor results in the same problem. The RGB analog inputs on these monitors works fine, and show none of the same problems. Has anyone had similiar problems? Is there a fix? The cables are wired correctly as far as I can tell. Any ideas or help would be appreciated!! - MJB - USENET: mjb@cup.portal.com
