qst de k9eui hr dx bulletin nr 34 from arrl headquarters newington ct august 30, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt thanks to kb1be and the connecticut dx association for the following dx information. st. pierre. a dxpedition by fp/k1rh and fp/w1ccn will be active on ssb and cw through september 10. operation will be on 80 through 10 meters, and suggested 75 meter frequencies are 3788 and 3795 khz. qsl to k1rh. mauritania. 5t5sl, operated by 9x5sl, has been reported on ssb at 1700z. madeira. dj2bw/ct3 will be active from september 1 to 15. guinea bissau. j5wad is again active on 20 meter ssb and cw. mali. tz6fs and tz6wc are still very active on 20 meter ssb. look for them on 14227 khz between 2000 and 2200 z. christmas island. vk9xj and vk9xz can be found monday through friday at 1200z around 14170 to 14180 khz on ssb. also, five operators activated the club station, vk9xi. auckland island. zl9aa will be active on 160 through 40 meters for two months. chatham island. zl7aa is only on 10 and 80 meters. sao tome. s92lb, luis, is still active daily on 14183 khz ssb around 2200 to 2330z. his license has been received at arrl hq for documentation purposes. rare african. look for dj5rt, wilfred, to activate a rare african country in september. his last dxpedition was to 5x5, uganda, last spring. ciskei. algoa branch members of the south african radio league will operate s42u from october 4 to 6 or 11 to 13 on 40, 20 and 15 meters. operation will be mostly cw, with some ssb. qsl to zs2u. liechtenstein. hb9nl will operate hb0nl from september 15 to october 27 on all bands, 160 through meters, cw and ssb. qsl to hb9nl ar
