[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] REMAC Sound files

kdunn@lehi3b15.csee.Lehigh.EDU (Kevin Dunn) (01/23/91)

I am sure that this is the wrong place to post, but here goes...

I seem to remember a semi-recent conversation concerning REMAC sound
files available on an FTP site somewhere. If anyone has any info on them,
I would greatly appriciate it. Thanks in advance for the help.

	CONVERSION!?!? Conversion TO WHAT!?!?!?

And, WHAT are REMAC sound files (before the flames start, let me say I
know what he's referring to..) REMAC has no sound files of it's own.. remac
will play amiga or macintosh sounds files with very LOW sound resolution...
but, it's a poor man's soundblaster, I guess...

My question is why would you want to convert something that doesn't
need any converting into....!?

Please, before you flame, read. Conversation, not conversion.
To the original poster, the following site has lots of .snd files.

Ok... Ok... Ok... Before EVERYONE starts jumping down my throat... It
was a coincidental line noise that prevented me from readin~g that. When I did
a print screen, i thought it said conversion.. My fault. Sorry!

Now, for your REAL question.. there's a sound site that has quite a few
macintosh files... I'll post it for you as soon as I find my list... Again,
sorry!
