qst de k9eui hr arrl bulletin nr 76 from arrl headquarters newington ct september 6, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt (((((accuracy not guaranteed due to poor conditions))))) a new 14 mhz beacon, lu4aa/b in argentina, is now on the air. it can be heard on 14.100 mhz every 10 minutes, starting at (?) minutes past the hour. reception reports would be welcomed by both the radio club argentino and by the northern california dx foundation. another new beacon, hk4lr/b in columbia should be on the air shortly. ar
