I am having trouble downloading from host systems using Procomm,
can anyone help me, it's really starting to get annoying.

Please be more specific...generally speaking the "host" machine should
also be running some sort of communications program. For instance, on
a routine basis, I download and upload files between VAX VMS machines and
PCs and MACs with Procomm on the PC and Kermit on the "host".

Of course Kermit is only one of the many Procomm options!

Hope this helps.

I'm sure that a lot of folks could help you IF you would just supply
a few details about your problem. Like: What kind of host are you
connected to. What kind of OPSYS is the host running? What download
protocal are you trying to use?
Your best reference is usually the Admin. group for the host system but
if you will tell us more, I'm sure you will get some advice from here too.
