I am having trouble downloading from host systems using Procomm, can anyone help me, it's really starting to get annoying.

Please be more specific...generally speaking the "host" machine should also be running some sort of communications program. For instance, on a routine basis, I download and upload files between VAX VMS machines and PCs and MACs with Procomm on the PC and Kermit on the "host". I'm sure that a lot of folks could help you IF you would just supply a few details about your problem. Like: What kind of host are you connected to. What kind of OPSYS is the host running? What download protocal are you trying to use?
