[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] Sound Blaster Assistance

dchun@aludra.usc.edu (Dale Chun) (02/14/91)

Does anyone know where I can find programming libraries written in
Turbo Pascal that supports the Sound Blaster card? Our company has
purchased the Sound Blaster Developer's Kit, but that kit only
supports programs written in Basic and C.

Thanks for any assistance. If I get enough responses, I'll post a
summary to the net. I have even tried to contact Creative Labs, but
they told me the Pascal's developer's kit is on an indefinite hold
(whatever that means in reality, I really don't know).

Do you know how much their development kit costs? My Sound Blaster is in
the mail and I am very interested in doing development for it.
Unfortunately I don't have a company behind me who will get it for me.

Last I heard was $100, from Creative Labs (408-986-1461).
