i have for sale a toshiba 1100+ laptop with an internal 2400 baud
modem
features:
- lcd cga screen - 25 lines, 80 columns
- 8 hour (really) operating time on a charge
- internal 2400 baud modem and extra rs232 port (port is active when
modem is off)
- 640k
- 2 720k floppy drives
- power supply/charger
- case
- original boxes, manuals
- 8086 -- NOT 8088
- serial port (2 of them, when the modem is off)
- cga monitor port
- external floppy port
- parallel port
- dos 3.1 (i think it's ".1" -- it's 3 something, anyway)
i also have a nice cga color monitor which plugs directly into the
back of the toshiba and a serial mouse. i will consider offers on
these items as well.
this machine has served me well, but i've moved on to a packard bell
286 notebood with vga and a hard disk. i'm not really sure what this
configuration of laptop is worth these days, so make me an offer (or
send me your opinion even if you don't want to buy it -- i'll probably
advertise elsewhere).
