[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] Format of PCX graphics and in PBMPLUS ported to the IBM PC?

I am looking for the specification of the PCX graphics format, as well
as the PBMPLUS version for the IBM PC (if it exists).  If anyone knows
either of these, please contact me through mail.  I'd greatly appreciate it.
