I need help. Please email the response, if you have the time, as I'm still new and tend to get lost on the big net... :-( Anyway, I just downloaded a file and I can't seem to get it to work (it's application data, a GIF file). I think it is in ascii format and needs to be converted to binary. What do I need in order to make files I download from the Internet usable? Thanks for all your help! It looks like I wasn't typing the commands to transfer in BINARY rather than ASCII. All better now. I appreciate all the letters. :-) Randy Padawer
