Does anybody know of a routine to stop the interrupt generated by a keyboard buffer overflow. When moving about in some packages you can manage to partially lock up the PC while it is servicing interrupts generated by an overflow. These interrupts cause a beep of some (too long) duration and thus halt the process running for this amount of time, not allowing it to eat up all those extra keystrokes. The effect is horrible beeping sounds and partial lock up. What I would like is some routine, preferably a TSR, which will just throw away extra keystrokes, not beep at them. Please email replies, thanks mm. Mark Makies Digital Systems and Computer Engineering Group Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia email: rcomm@chudich.co.rmit.oz.AU phone: +613 660 2090
