Greetings from wet and miserable southern California! I'm thinking of adding VGA to my 286 computer at the lab so I can view my satellite images. Although I use 800x600x256 at home on a NEC 3D, I don't need the colors to look at the images in greyscale (and the savings of a few hundred $$$ will help offset rising tuition!) so I'm thinking of buying the NEC GS 2A greyscale sVGA monitor. I would like to find a reasonably priced sVGA card, preferably based on the Tsend (oops Tseng) ET-4000 chip, to drive the monitor. Anyone have an opinion on the suitability of Boca's super VGA or the STB PowerGraph or a recommendation? I want the ability to upgrade to 1024x768x256 in the future. Thanks in advance! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ William W.
