I would like to find a utility which would print two pages of an ascii file "up" or sideways on a standard piece of paper and then print the next two pages and so on until all of the file printed out. I have seen and used utilities like this for laser printers, but would like one for dot matrix. In the case of the utility for the laser, it uses line print font at 16.66 pitch. I assume that a dot matrix printer, if Epson [tm] compatible would use a printer control code of \015. However, I have not found control codes which (1) put the page sides ways, and (2) put two pages of text side by side in columns and then do the next page with the next text and so on. Thanks in advance for any sources.
