[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] formatting 330MB drive

We have just received a 330 MB drive (IDE interface) and have installed it
into a 386 box.  When I installed DOS 4.0 on it using the IBM install disk
it only formatted 88 MB of the disk.  Is there any way I can format and
access the full capacity of the drive?
