[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] WINWORD and a EPSON 800 printer. suggestions needed

Hi ppl,
I've some trobles with an EPSON 800 24-needles printer & WINWORD
I've configured the printer right for language GERMAN but
it does not print the German special characters. Instead it
prints a '.'
Any suggestions ?
