qst de k9eui hr crrl bulletin nr 24 from crrl headquarters london ont october 7, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt the crrl headquarters has been moved into larger quarters, about 7 miles north of london. the mailing address is still box 7009, station e, london, ont n5y 4j9, but the telephone number is now 519 225 2188. to commemorate the 100th anniversary of louis riel, manitoba amateurs may use the prefix ch4 from october 16 to november 16. in reply to the crrl request that canadian amateurs be given access to the 24.89 to 24.99 mhz band. the minister of communications indicated that access would have to wait until a number of commercial stations assigned to the band were either confirmed as being non operational or moved to other frequencies. crrl continues to pursue the matter. the ontario section net, osn, and quebec section net, qsn, have been replaced by a new net, oqn, ontario quebec net. ve2edo is net manager ar
