Since there seem to be so many people that know what they are talking about, maybe someone can help me.... I am running the 386-inboard on an xt chassis. I have a cd-rom optical unit, a hard drive (80 megs) and three difrerent format floppies, with windows 3.0 (for the 386i inboard). My question is, how can I get my drivers into high memory, thus leaving me room to run Paradox and Grammatik4, etc?? I was using QEMM, but it was not putting my drivers into high mem. Finally,m I bypassed it all together, leaving Windows to take care of it. The problem now is I can not run Windows in anything but standard mode. If i am in enhanced mode, it works, but when I go into an application (say Paradox or something_, then back into windows, the mouse has gone nuts, and I have to exit windows and come back in. I do not have this problem in Standard mode. Can anyone help me? and I am no computer wizard, so if there is somethign that needs to go in my config.sys file, etc, please type it out, ok? thanks for the help... ___________________________________________________________ | Christopher L.
