How can I or what can I use to scale a color PCX file and convert it to PIC? Is there a good graphics program I can import the PCX file into and do this scaling and conversion with? To my knowledge, Coreldraw can only do PCX ==> PIC for black and white files. Can Graphics Link Plus do the job? E-mail responses please. I will summarize.
