I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me how solar activity affects shortwave and what does the solar flux mean. I know that a solar cycle lasts 11 years and we are in the low point of one right now. It would make these propagation forecast bulletins alot easier to read. THANKS!! Jerry Ruhno epsilon!mb2c!gbr
