algeria.  driss, 7x4md, has been active  at  about  14099  khz,
using  rtty,  at about 1400z, and 7x4ls was heard recently near
3795 khz at about 0230z.

el salvador.  hu1dx and  hu11fi  will  be  active  with  eleven
operators  from  the  international  fair  in el salvador until
november 20.

norfolk island.  vk9nl has been heard on 7007 khz at 1200z.

kirghiz.  six stations signing the un8 prefix were worked on 40
meters at about 1200z.

republic of zaire.  9q5rn, operator  roger,  is  frequently  on
14200 khz.  qso to po box 12646, kinshasa, republic of zaire.

san  andres.   hk0eku  is  currently  working  north   american
stations, using 1835 khz at 0300z.

tadzhik.  uj8jx has been recently active on 7006 khz  at  about
1200z.

republic of cape vedre.  d44bc has been on  daily  evenings  at
1823 khz.

guyana.  8r1rbf was recently active  evenings  about  0200z  on
3794 khz.

republic of guinea.  3x4ex is on daily  from  2200z  to  2300z,
transmitting at 1828 khz and listening ten khz up.

papua new guinea.  jim, p29js, is currently active on 7005  khz
at 1200z.

heard and worked.  3d6an, a22me and numerous africans have been
worked  on 40 meters, some cw and mostly ssb at around 0300z to
0400z  ar

thanks  to  k1xm,  w1trc  and  the  southern  new  england   dx
association for the following dx information.

sao tome.  a west german group has been  very  active from  sao
tome,  using  the  callsigns  dj9on/s9 and dk9kx/s9.  they have
been on daily, on 14195 khz listening between 14200  and  14215
khz  at 2100z, on 7001 khz from 2200z on, on 21025 khz at 1300z
and on 3501 khz at 0001z.

kerguelen.  ft8xa and ft8xb have been active  on  7008  khz  at
0130  and 1100z.  also, ft8xb has been on 3795 khz from 0100 to
0130z.

uganda.  5x5gk has been on 21358 khz at 1830z.  qsl to dj5rt.

diego garcia.  vq9yr has been worked on 14257 khz at 1900z.

st. helena.  zd7xy, a yl, has  been  active  on  14214  khz  at
1900z.

rwanda.  9x5wp has been active on 14219 khz at 2000z.

comoros.  d68wb has been on 14257 khz at 1900z.

guinea bissau.  j5wad has been worked on ssb on  14209  khz  at
2100z and has also been active on 7045 khz.

chad.  n7df/tt8 is rumored to be active on 1830 khz  at  0220z.
his signals have been extremely weak in new england.

galapagos.  a group is going to galapagos and  plans  to  begin
operation  on  october  22  on all bands, 160 through 6 meters.
operation will be mostly cw and rtty until the  contest  begins
on  the  26th.   each  participant will sign his own call /hc8.
during the contest the call hc8x will be used.   on  their  way
home,  some  of  the  group  will  operate  from the ecuadorian
mainland.  qsl hc8x to k8cw.   qsl  the  american  amateurs  to
their own callbook addresses.

4u1itu.  k4iif plans to operate 4u1itu on all bands during  the
