I am thinking about upgrading an IBM PS/2 30-286 with an Intel Inboard 386 (the 30-286 has AT slots, *not* MCA). I would like to hear any experiences with the Inboard 386. I am interested in the performance gains, compatibility with DOS applications (and possibly OS/2), and installation procedure. Also, how can one increase memory with this board? I know the Inboard costs as much as some 386 motherboards, but they would not fit into the case. So that route won't do. Thanks in advance. C.E. Soares CES8@psuvm.psu.edu
