After several calls to their tech support, we determined it was a problem with the BIOS. It seems that you need to relatively recent version of the BIOS. After receiving a BIOS upgrade, WIN3 worked just great! Sorry about lack of specifics here, but if you need more details, send me email. By the way, if you call ALR, they will send you a BIOS upgrade and charge you only a few bucks for shipping as long as you send them the old BIOS in return! (At least that was my experience) Jon M.
