[net.followup] Source code access privileges

we currently restrict source code to selected staff, (we use a seperate
source group).  i would expect that any site with network links must
restrict sources to trusted users to live upto the non distribution
clauses in there agreements.

Yeah, same here. We have a bin group which has read access to /usr/src
and /usr/sys.
