I was scanning viruses on a 200M IDE drive (Northgate 486/25), by mistake i tried to scan a network drive with scan, which lead to the crash.. When rebooted the directory structure was corrupted, so ran diskfix(PCTOOLS V6) Now I had 6 partitions instead of 5. So i tried to run FDISK so that I can re-arrange the partitions on the drive. And now the weird thing happens/...... First the hard drive blinks, then the A drive and then B and then gives a message ERROR READING FIXED DISK. Tech suporrt could'nt figure out anything, and instructed me to reformat trak 0. Did any one else come across the same problem?? what is the fix??/ Murli
