I have one quick question...Does anyone out there know of any good FTP
sites for public-domain software for a PC? Thanks...

I warmly recommend reading /pc/ts/tsfaq18.arc Frequenly Asked
Questions (available for example from our site) about the list of
ftp sites, or stay around and first read the news for awhile
starting from comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d.

A simple question. Wherare ftp sites for archived software
that run under dos or os/2? E-mail is fine. Will summarize
with a sufficiently large number of responses.
