My 386-25 machine has a memory page interleaving capability, but I noticed that if I install an extended memory manager (e.g. himem.sys) this capability is disabled. Is there any way I could get them both work> Any help should be greatly appreciated. Hi, I too have an AMI bios and running Dos 4.01, how did you detect your memory page interleave is turned off? I am running QEMM 5.11 as a memory manager, I also have a Syquest driver and now experimenting with stacker to see if it works in a Syquest cartridge (need to store 30Mb of gif files ;-) The shop I bought my computer from says that I cannot change my 4Mb ram (using 256K simms) to 1Mb simms because I loose the memory interleave. As with the question above how do I detect it is functioning in the first place. Thanks alot. Regards, Michael

The compression ratio would be around 1:1. Stacker also doesn't work well with LHARC files. Regards, ___o``\________________________________________________ ___ __ _ _ Peter Lim.
