If anyone has experience with COMPUADD, could you please let me know what sort of reputation they have? I have a friend who says that he loves his compuadd, and had great service from them. Someone else has told me that the Industry Reputation of Compuadd is that their machines are made to last no longer than two years. I would be happy to summarize any replies I get, if you want to email me directly. In 1986 I bought a PC/XT clone from them and have had really good luck with it. The olny problem that I experienced was a floppy disk failure on the second day. They had me remove it and they sent me one next day air. I've been pleased with the pricing and durability but the 8MHz XT just doesn't cut it any more!
