Does anyone know of any way to make a partition of a hard drive read only? I tried the drive protction programs, but they iginore partition information (i.e. one drive partitioned to two drives, the programs still think as one drive). i have some small partitions and I would liked to keep them locked without using attrib or norton, etc. Any Help would be appreciated ASAP Harold

Hello, You can try the Disk Manager Program (coming up with all ST drives). This driver will allow to install read only partions. ________________________________________________________________________ | Kai Voelcker, Kappelner Str 18, D-2300 Kiel 1, voice: +49 431 335605 | | kai@kaiki.toppoint.de interests: 386asm, c, pascal; OR algorithms | | >>> polite notice: I have to pay for incoming mail.
