qst de k9eui hr crrl bulletin nr 29 from crrl headquarters london ont november 11, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt representatives of crrl and carf met with doc officials in ottawa on october 25. much of the discussion centered on docs new proposal for restructuring the amateur service. crrl and carf are honoring a commitment not to make details of the proposal known until notice of it appears in the canada gazette. at that time, copies of the proposal will be available from all regional and district offices of doc. there will then be a 180 day period in which amateurs, their organizations and other interested parties may comment. further details later. doc confirms that the removal of frequency and power restrictions on the 160 metre band includes the removal of the no mobile restriction as well. mobile operation is now permitted on 160 metres. section manager elections are now under way in the alberta and maritimes/newfoundland sections ar
