[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] Recomendations sought for property management packages

A friend of mine who manages a coop is looking for some good, inexpensive
property management software.  Does anyone out there have any
recommendations?  I'll be glad to post a summary of all of the
recommendations and comments that I receive.
