I don't know if IBM makes such a creature for the 30-8086.  I was under
the impression that the maximum onboard memory for it was 640k (maybe
more if you used something along the lines of an AST SixPack).

Addendum:  You cannot get generic SIMMS for your PS/2, unless they bear
IBM part numbers that indicate equivalence.
