WANTED: Software for IBM PC Compatibles or Apple II

I am looking for a scheduling program to run on either the Apple II
or IBM PC compatibles. We are a school of 650 students, and would
like the program to come up with a master timetable based on teacher
availabilities, room restrictions, etc. We already have a library
system, and our report cards must follow a special format so we don't
want either of those.
Any leads would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
