I use a program called maxi15.zip to format my floppy disks to higher capacities. The program does this by overwritting the boot sector. Does anyone know if there's a MS-Dos 5.0 compatible version of this program? William Moxley mox@vpnet.chi.il.us

There's a program on SIMTEL20 which can be used for this. I haven't yet tried it under DOS 5.0 yet. - Jim Directory PD1:<MSDOS.DSKUTL> Filename Type Length Date Description ============================================== FDFRM16A.ZIP B 77040 901205 Format floppies for greater density/storage =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= "The opinions expressed here in no way represent the views of Digital Equipment Corporation."
