I am interested in buying a DTP system soon but I am a little confused on a certain topic. I will most probably be getting a Laserjet IIp and and IBM comp. Someone suggested to me to get the Adobe Type Manager instead of the optional Postscript cartridge for the laserjet. I know what postscipt is but I don't understand what the type manager does. Which has better quality using the IIp? Which is faster? Easier to use?
